Diane holds degrees in chemistry and biochemistry and has been certified by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada as a
Chartered Board Director. She spent 25 years with DuPont and PepsiCo Foods Canada in progressive leadership positions in Manufacturing and R&D. In 2014 she founded Diatom Consulting and is currently working with small to medium businesses helping them with execution of their strategic and continuous improvement plans.

Jim Rosborough
Jim holds a degree in chemistry with additional professional development in food science and security. He spent 35 years with Unilever, Quaker Oats
and PepsiCo Foods Canada in progressive quality and engineering leadership positions. He was most recently accountable for 3rd party contract manufacturing quality systems for PepsiCo. Jim has a great track record of developing quality professionals who can implement and execute requirements for standards including GMP, HACCP, Allergen Management, GFSI, and CFIA regulations.

performance cultures. Her passion is emphasis Food systems and process management with emphasis on professional training and regulatory compliance. She is a versatile, highly motivated, results driven Food Safety Educator with experience in Food Manufacturing /Supply Chain, Mining, and Secondary Education. She has been recognized as a creative thinker and problem solver with excellent leadership and communications skills; who drives for results while developing a strong understanding of the processes and building solid working relationships at all levels in the organization. Amanda brings 15 years of experience in Food Safety.

Colleen holds a Master’s of Science and a Bachelor’s of Science specializing in integrated pest management. She is a trained
entomologist with added professional development in quality control systems and food sanitation. She spent nine years with PepsiCo Foods Canada and recently founded Alma Integrated Consulting in 2014. Colleen excels in jumping into problems with both feet, guiding teams to find the true root causes, and providing clear direction to help them achieve sustainable improvements.

material losses, uncovering HACCP oversights that led to a near company closure and major milk manufacturer’s shelf life losses.While always keeping safety and efficacy and the for-front of decisions for sanitation products, he always looks for the lowest environmental footprint that has been proven for the application.

Kate has earned her MSc with degrees in geoscience, forensic science, environmental and life sciences, with strong expertise in analytic chemistry.
She enjoys project management, documentation control, trouble-shooting and root cause analysis. Most recently she supported the implementation of BRC in a CFIA regulated facility.

Alexandra Kuhne
OptiSolve Imaging Analyst
Alex completed her undergrad at Trent with a joint honours major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with an Emphasis
in Health Sciences. She completed an undergraduate thesis project with a focus on histology and immunohistochemistry in a wild type mouse P. leucopus. She is currently pursuing a post-secondary Master's Degree with the Emery lab at Trent University. Her new focus is in the environmental sciences specifically working on the growth optimization of a microalgae species for industrial use with collaboration from an industry partner. Alongside her studies, Alex is also the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Centre at Trent with focus on creating a vibrant culture of entrepreneurship with students, alumni and community members.

has 20 years’ experience in IT risk and security governance in government, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Graeme is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and has trained with the RCMP and other organizations across North America. Graeme is a highly-skilled technical specialist, and works with Netmechanics’ clients on threat analysis, cyber risk management and development of cyber incident response programs.

Christine has a proven ability to build effective partnerships with diverse teams and lead transformational projects. She excels in analyzing complex challenges and developing practical, achievable solutions.

Jean-Maurice is a McGill University MBA Graduate with over 20 years experience in Supply Chain Management with large and medium-sized multinational CPG companies.
He successfully lead business transformational projects focused on establishing effective and collaborative processes in Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning, as well as Sales & Operations Planning. Jean-Maurice also lead the commercialization phase for several projects supporting product innovation launches and re-designs.

With an education background in Economics, and for the past 37 years, Chris has held various positions working for fortune 500 companies. Chris brings many years of expertise in the Procurement
function with a focus on modelling category should costs, benchmarking, building supplier relationships and improving working capital. He also has a very good understanding of contract management, commodity risk management including FX strategies. He has introduced or endorsed several types of tools and processes that enhance different approaches for various sourcing methodology models. He has a thorough understanding of international markets including being a team member on many M&A projects. Chris has an ability to unlock value on several different categories using a comprehensive ‘supplier integration’ process. He’s worked with companies in the chemical, mining, research, health care, food and other fields in Europe, Asia and throughout North America. In hisrole as a coach, Doug has a knack for simplifying the sometimes confusing methods of Six Sigma to use data to solve business issues.
