Diane Richard
Diane holds degrees in chemistry and biochemistry and has been certified by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada as a
Chartered Board Director. She spent 25 years with DuPont and PepsiCo Foods Canada in progressive leadership positions in Manufacturing and R&D. In 2014 she founded Diatom Consulting and is currently working with small to medium businesses helping them with execution of their strategic and continuous improvement plans.
Jim Rosborough
Jim holds a degree in chemistry with additional professional development in food science and security. He spent 35 years with Unilever, Quaker Oats
and PepsiCo Foods Canada in progressive quality and engineering leadership positions. He was most recently accountable for 3rd party contract manufacturing quality systems for PepsiCo. Jim has a great track record of developing quality professionals who can implement and execute requirements for standards including GMP, HACCP, Allergen Management, GFSI, and CFIA regulations.

performance cultures. Her passion is emphasis Food systems and process management with emphasis on professional training and regulatory compliance. Amanda brings 15 years of experience in Food Safety.
Colleen Thompson
Colleen holds a Master’s of Science and a Bachelor’s of Science specializing in integrated pest management. She is a trained
entomologist with added professional development in quality control systems and food sanitation. She spent nine years with PepsiCo Foods Canada and recently founded Alma Integrated Consulting in 2014. Colleen excels in jumping into problems with both feet, guiding teams to find the true root causes, and providing clear direction to help them achieve sustainable improvements.
Ray Jungehans
Ray has travelled the country, as a well known food safety specialist, providing unique solutions for such diverse problems as meat spoilage, raw
material losses, uncovering HACCP oversights that led to a near company closure and major milk manufacturer’s shelf life losses.While always keeping safety and efficacy and the for-front of decisions for sanitation products, he always looks for the lowest environmental footprint that has been proven for the application.

roles in Finance, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and as a Business Project Manager for various technical /system implementations. Pat enjoys working with cross-functional teams ensuring there is alignment on goals and a clear path to achieve them.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA. She began her career in Change Management Consulting, where she designed and delivered +700 hours of training.
She then spent 20 years with Quaker Oats and PepsiCo Beverages Canada, with positions in manufacturing, planning, customer service, strategy, and HR. Christine has a proven
ability to build effective partnerships with diverse teams and lead transformational projects. She excels in analyzing complex challenges and developing practical, achievable solutions.
Jean-Maurice Cormier
Jean-Maurice is a McGill University MBA Graduate with over 20 years experience in Supply Chain Management with large and medium-sized multinational CPG companies.
He successfully lead business transformational projects focused on establishing effective and collaborative processes in Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning, as well as Sales & Operations Planning. Jean-Maurice also lead the commercialization phase for several projects supporting product innovation launches and re-designs.
Chris Maclean
With an education background in Economics, and for the past 37 years, Chris has held various positions working for fortune 500 companies. Chris brings many years of expertise in the Procurement
function with a focus on modelling category should costs, benchmarking,
building supplier relationships and improving working capital. He also has a very good understanding of contract management, commodity risk management including FX strategies. He has introduced or endorsed several types of tools and processes that enhance different approaches for various sourcing methodology models. He has a thorough understanding of international markets including being a team member on many M&A projects. Chris has an ability to unlock value on several different categories using a comprehensive ‘supplier integration’ process. Chris is a team player and is always passionate in achieving mutual value between the customer and supplier.
Tim Donovan
Tim is an engineer who has spent decades with DuPont and Invista in senior management roles leading project execution. He has developed several
proprietary technologies and stewarded them through testing, facility design/construction, quality control and customer adaptation. This includes facility retrofits in NA, Europe and Asia. Tim enjoys playing a strategic role on Business Leadership teams helping to generate new value propositions. Equally, Tim enjoys leading and developing people and teams.
Kirsten Scott
Kirsten Scott holds an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology – Forensics from Fleming College and is currently studying towards an Environmental Professional
designation. She is an Applied Research Specialist with project management skills that ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved. Kirsten is a published author and has a vast amount of experience in the areas of microbiology, adsorption studies, and disinfection technologies. She has also worked in applied research in the nuclear field, studying corrosion, adsorption, and water/soil microbiology properties in nuclear active environments. Kirsten enjoys the outdoors and strives to uphold ethical practice; she uses her decades of love for competitive sports to achieve motivating goals in a team-based environment.

Mohamed holds degrees in Business Administration, International Business Management and Project Management. He spent 8 years as a Project Manager
working with the European Commission under Euro-Med Youth Corporation for culture and integration. He was awarded the Ontario Student Council Leadership Award in 2017 for his extra-curricular work benefiting the community at Fleming College in Peterborough. He has completed work as a Project Management Consultant for various organizations and is soon to complete his Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation.

Jamey’s diverse experience includes business model design, farmers’ market development, Organic certification and supporting innovative technology start-ups.

Doug holds a degree in Chemical engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt and Champion. He spent 31 years with
DuPont Canada, starting in operations and most recently leading their Six Sigma and Lean implementations. He’s worked with companies in the chemical, mining, research, health care, food and other fields in Europe, Asia and throughout North America. In hisrole as a coach, Doug has a knack for simplifying the sometimes confusing methods of Six Sigma to use data to solve business issues.
